Each village
Ideally an artist village would have on staff in addition to the artist members.
Each of these people can also be artists and it might be preferred that they are, but they have an extra responsibility.
Each person can only pick two responsibilities max, unless the village consenses a otherwise.
Cook - the cook makes sure everyone is fed.
Gardener - gardener builds, maintains and expands the gardens. Making sure that food is grown on site, that it’s healthy and ideally can provide for much of the villages nutrition.
Computery/network/comms - keeps the network and communications functioning. Maintains the village computer systems. Advises people on technologies.
Finances - keeps track of any monetary bullshit. Interfaces with the mothership. Aka the acountant
Transportation - someone available for driving members, someone who can drive large vehicles.
Childcare - someone to take care of the kids when others are busy. Educator.
Water collection - someone responsible for water collection and storage. Ensuring that there is safe drinking and irrigation water.
Shared between villages
Each one of these may service up to 5 villages, depending on size and scale. Large villages may need their own.
Electrician - maintains and expands electrical work
Plumber - keeps the plumbing flowing.
Doctor - responsible for general health of members.
Solar/Energy - checks and maintains the energy infrastructure
