Each village
Ideally an artist village would have on staff in addition to the artist members.
Each of these people can also be artists and it might be preferred that they are, but they have an extra responsibility.
Each person can only pick two responsibilities max, unless the village consenses a otherwise.

What artist housing could be

build community housing for artists, activists, code developers

each house should have around 30 members 5-10 of whom are possible non artist members. meaning they take care of the household. cooking, cleaning, food shopping, maintenance, accounting, promotion.

Art collective housing for artists (also works for open source development and other creative people.)
