New members are accepted by consensus of current membership.
They must prove that they are artists, published or unpublished, by presenting a body of work.

trial period can last up to one year,
extended by consensus
during trial period, the artist must create art.
all members must work on and complete a project that enhances the community in some way.
non artist members
the community housing must have people to do labor around the house.. if the artists cannot perform daily labor,, members who are not considered artists may live in the community and share resources.
preferential treatment to spouses and chosen family members.
