To provide funding and space for artists to live and create art.
To create a safe living space for artists to thrive without the stress of surviving in a market economy.

Vision

1. No power hierarchy or discrimination will be tolerated.
We will create a more sustainable world, by limiting our environmental impact.
We will operate through a modified consensus process to make all of our decisions that affect the community, allowing space and opportunity for everyone's input and concerns before passing proposals.
