Transitions are very important to plan. They are how we get from here to there. The key to restructuring is that it's not done all at once. It's a matter of stepping back and examining what needs to be done first and in what order.
It is like rebuilding a house while we live in it. Maybe it needs to be done room by room or set of rooms. maybe the roof needs to be done first. Maybe we need to build a temporary building to live in first.
