Anarchism isn't a diverse ideology that includes all viewpoints. It is against the state, the market, and other forms of oppression.
Many people coming to anarchism seem to confuse personal freedom with individualism. personal freedom is what anarchism promotes, individualism is a form of oppression. Anarchism promotes autonomy, self contained units, collectives, that make decisions together for the group. A person is ineffective alone as an individual.
An anarchist society could potentially include most forms of cultural variation including those that are not anarchist cultures. For example, a market culture could exist, as long as it doesn't lay claim to all of nature, and respects cultures that don't recognize private property. Of course, this example renders the market culture ineffective at supporting itself, since it needs exponential growth to survive, but theoretically it could coexist with other cultures.
Anarchist culture does not include oppressive organizational systems like market economies or insisting on a single subjective or objective reality. The economy of Anarchism is called mutual aid. Essentially a gift economy, it is the economy of nature. Cooperation is favored, competition is reduced.
There are many organizations that receive funding specifically to disrupt anarchist communities and cultures. It is a way to keep anarchists fighting among themselves and hindering them from organizing into stable communities.
Keeping anarchists from organizing forces them to rely on individualism of the market. It disrupts the formation of alternative cultures to the market based cultures that exists today.
Anarchism isn't an identity, it's a way of life. just because someone identifies as an anarchist does not mean they understand what anarchism means or how it exists in the world. In turn most anarchists would never call themselves an anarchist, either because they reject the label which hinders their movement in the world, or they are unaware of western writing on the subject. There is too much disinformation in the realm of anarchism to make sound judgements.
